Sou Harmony supports educators to enhance their health and wellbeing, manage stress, and maintain professionalism within a busy environment of changes and challenges. The program aims to help you to sustain positive self-care in the long term. It is designed based on the theory of holistic self-care approaches that includes gentle yoga movements, reflective breathing, tapping touch, and Singing Ring sound therapy. It focuses on learning to feel what is happening inside your body and mind
Workshop "Tapping Touch "Mindful self-care"
Learn Tapping Touch to care for yourself and each other. It supports you physically, psychologically and develop better relationships. By participating in this workshop, you will be able to provide care to others through Tapping Touch. It will enhance your relationship with each other in communication and team building. Singing Ring® Sound Therapy
Lunchtime Sound Healing
Educators can receive sound therapy while at their workplace. During lunch or tea breaks, relax with healing sounds and refresh with vibrations that activate your cellular water. You may like to take a nap while listening to the rich overtones. (duration varies depending on the centre's schedule)
After work Sound Bath & Meditation
Sound Bath & Meditation group sessions are offered out of working hours when educators get together. It can be arranged for a smaller group or a whole team. It is ideal to use some time during staff gathering. We can also design the session with simple yoga movements and breathing exercises.
Individual Sound Therapy
Private short and fill sessions are available at your centre. It can be scheduled during breaks or after work to accommodate your shifts. Scientifically proven effects of Singing Ring® sound therapy can help restore balance to your body and mind. It activates the body's cellular water and helps to reduce stress, enhance calmness and promote quality of sleep.
