Tapping Touch®

Tapping Touch is a Holistic care technique that uses Slow, Gentle, and Mindful touches and rhythm. It is a simple and easy to learn care method, and anyone can do it anywhere at any time. Tapping Touch expresses compassion and a psychological act of being together and communicating. It helps heal the mind and body and raise simple awareness. Tapping Touch creates a relationship of care where people value each other.

Tapping Touch activates the person's natural healing power and ability to care. It matches the viewpoint that holistic care values the natural healing power and allows people to regain their health.

Tapping Touch helps our body's natural rhythms and calmness return. Mindfulness settles your mind and raises awareness. Act of caring is therapeutic and contributes to our health and sense of well-being.

Gentle tapping releases tension in your body and mind, increasing your sense of well-being, positive emotions, and thoughts. Studies have confirmed that Tapping Touch reduces anxiety, tension, depression, psychosomatic symptoms, and insomnia. Also, being kind to others causes changes at the genetic level and has the effect of increasing immunity.​

Tapping Touch® Workshop   

2 hours 

This is a workshop to learn the basics of tapping touch. You can learn to take care of yourself and each other "slowly, gently, and mindfully", and apply this knowledge to your daily life. 


Contents include: Explanation of tapping touch, practice of basic forms of caring for each other, self-tapping practice

This is suitable for anyone interested in tapping touch. Children can participate with their families, caregivers and teachers.

I will visit  early childhood , schools, workplace and any group settings. Tapping Touch is simple and effective approach  to team building.

Tapping Touch® Cafe

After a brief lecture, you will spend a happy time practising tapping touch as if relaxing in a cafe, feeling the joy and security of caring for each other. We explore different type of tapping techniques and Tapping Touch self-care will be practiced.
